Grandma Nutty was famous for this stew...whenever company would show up unexpectedly, she'd just add a can of corn or green beans so there'd be enough for everyone!


   _ potatoes, peeled and chopped
   _ carrots, peeled and chopped
   _ (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
   _ head cabbage, shredded
   _ (12-ounce) package corned beef, chopped


Add potatoes, carrots and tomatoes to a stockpot; heat until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes. Reduce heat; stir in cabbage and corned beef. Simmer for 20 minutes.
