GF Flour Tortillas

Ingredients

2 cups GF Flour Mix
1 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup warm water

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix the warm water and sour cream. Add to dry ingredients. Mix with your hands for 1 minute. The dough will be slightly sticky, more sticky than play dough, but less sticky than cookie dough.

Divide dough into 1-inch balls for tacos or 2-inch balls for burritos. Roll each piece between two sheets of waxed paper or plastic wrap. If the dough is too sticky, dust it with some GF flour to keep it from sticking.

Heat griddle or skillet to medium high heat. Cook about 1 minute per side.
