1 quart
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 beef bouillon cube, crushed
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup peeled and shredded apples
1/2 cup broken ginger snaps
6 ounces medium noodles, cooked, drained
1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds

In a pot, combine stew mix, water, vinegar, salt, and bouillon. Cover and thaw over low heat for 20 minutes. Add cabbage and apple; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in gingersnaps; cook and stir until thick. Toss noodles with poppy seeds and serve with stew.
