German Beef Stew

Ingredients

1/2 cup water
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 beef bouillon cube, crushed
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup peeled and shredded apple
1/2 cup broken ginger snap
6 ounces medium noodles, cooked, drained
1/2 teaspoon poppy seed

Directions:

In a pot, combine stew mix, water, vinegar, salt, and bouillon. Cover and thaw over low heat for 20 minutes. Add cabbage and apple cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in gingersnaps cook and stir until thick. Toss noodles with poppy seeds and serve with stew.
