Beef Chowder

Serves: 8
Total Calories: 271


1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/3 cup green bell pepper, , chopped
2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of celery soup
2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans tomatoes, cut up
1 (15-ounce) can whole kernel corn
1/4 cup snipped parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt


Brown beef with celery, onion, and green pepper. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Pour into freezer containers, label, and freeze.

To serve, place in pot, cover, and heat until bubbly, about 30 minutes. Stir often. Season with salt to taste.
