Spinach-Squash Crockpot Soup

Ingredients

10 ounces frozen leaf spinach
1 yellow squash, diced
1/2 small onion, minced
2 carrots, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
6 ounces tomato-vegetable juice
1/2 cup dried navy beans
4 cups water
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Add all ingredients to the crockpot and let it cook on HIGH 6 to 8 hours
.
