Sweet Toasted Pecans

Yield: 4 cups

Ingredients

1 egg white
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups pecans, halved

Directions:

Beat egg white until stiff; stir in sugar, vanilla, and salt. Coat pecans with mixture; pour onto a cookie sheet that has been lined with wax paper and sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 10–15 minutes at 350° till lightly browned.
