Full-Of-Flavor Pita Chips

Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons dry seasoning of choice (ranch or Italian dressing; barbecue or taco seasoning)
3 (6-inch) pita rounds, split
1/2 cup grated cheese of choice

Directions:

Mix oil and seasoning mix in a small bowl. Cut each pita round into 8 wedges. Brush rough side of each wedge with oil mixture. Place on baking pan; lightly sprinkle with cheese of choice. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until crisp. Remove from oven; transfer to wire racks to cool.
