Persnickety Pesto Peanuts

Yield: 5 cups


1 envelope pesto sauce mix
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
5 cups salted dry roasted peanuts


Whisk pesto mix, oil, and cayenne. Pour into a large bowl; add peanuts. Stir well to coat. Pour into greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 15–20 minutes, uncovered, stirring once. Let cool. Store in airtight container.
