Ingredients

1/2 (9-ounce) jar pimento stuffed olives
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon Cavender's Greek Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon mustard
3 tablespoons water, more if needed
few drops Tabasco
1 sprinkle of paprika

Directions:

Drain olives; set aside. Mix remaining ingredients until mixture can be handled. Add more water if needed. Make a small disk in your hand of dough (about 1 fat teaspoon); place olive in center and press dough around olive. Repeat till all olives are covered. Place olives on cookie sheet and bake at 450° for 15–20 minutes. May be frozen and baked at a later time. Serve hot.

Fun Fact: It is easy to round a cheese ball if you do it with plastic wrap. Just pile the cheese mixture onto the wrap, pull up the sides, and begin shaping.
