Pecan Moons

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
4 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 tablespoon ice water

Directions:

Mix all well with hands. Roll small pieces between hands into crescent moons. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Bake at 350° until light brown. Remove and roll in additional powdered sugar while still hot. Cool, then roll in powdered sugar again.
