Parmigiana Venison Burgers

Ingredients

1 1/4 pounds ground venison
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup minced onion
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup grated mozzarella
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
6 - 8 hamburger buns

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°. Mix meat, garlic,salt, and onion. shape into 6–8 patties, and place in greased baking dish. Cover with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and seasoning. Bake in oven 30 minutes. Serve on toasted buns.
