Olive Nut Spreadwiches

Ingredients

2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tablespoons liquid from salad olives
dash of black pepper
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 cup chopped salad olives
1/2 cup chopped pecans
French or sourdough bread slices

Directions:

Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise well. Add olive liquid and black pepper; mix well. Add onion, olives, and pecans; mix well. Spread on bread of choice. Store in refrigerator for up to one week.

Editor's Extra:
Add some crisp, crumbled bacon for a taste change.
