Florida Rice Salad

Ingredients

4 cups cooked brown and wild rice
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, undiluted
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix rice, onions, raisins, and nuts in large bowl. Whisk remaining ingredients; stir with rice mixture; chill.
