A Mighty Good Mushroom Wrap

Ingredients

12 ounces portobello mushroom caps, cleaned, sliced
1 medium onion, halved, sliced
1 medium red bell pepper, cut in strips
1 1/2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
4 (8-ounce) flour tortillas (tomato-basil is good)
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

Cook mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Season, stir, and cook 10 minutes till tender. Spread each tortilla with a tablespoon of mayonnaise. Spoon vegetables down center of each tortilla; roll up.
