Egg Salad Sandwiches

6 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 onion, finely chopped
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 slices bread, toasted


Mix all ingredients together except bread. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Serve on toasted bread.
