Creamy Cabbage Bake

1 head cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 cup carrot, peeled and chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Parmesan cheese


Boil cabbage, carrots and onion in water till tender; drain. Combine with remaining ingredients. Put into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
