Country Bologna Salad

3 pounds beef bologna, coarsely chopped
1 (16-ounce) jar sweet pickle, drained
2 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and chopped
1 to 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise-style salad dressing


Grind bologna and pickles in a food grinder to desired medium to coarse texture. Transfer to a large bowl; add eggs. Stir in salad dressing to desired consistency. Blend ingredients together. Spread on bread for sandwiches or on crackers for appetizers.
