Corn Relish Dip

3 roma tomatoes, diced
2 avocados, pitted, peeled and diced
1 (15-ounce) can shoepeg corn, drained
1 (16-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (3.8 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
1/4 to 1/2 cup onion, diced
1 (16-ounce) bottle zesty Italian salad dressing


Combine all vegetables in a large salad bowl; toss to mix. Add dressing to taste, a little at a time. Keep chilled; stir again before serving.
