Cheesy Bean Dip

2 (16-ounce) cans refried beans
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
shredded cheddar or swiss cheese, chopped green onions
tortilla chips, snack cracker


Spoon beans into a large bowl. Slowly blend in cream cheese until creamy, using an electric mixer set on medium-low speed. Garnish as desired with cheese and onions. Chill before serving with chips or crackers.
