Champion Banana Bread

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
3 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour


Blend eggs, butter and sugar; add bananas, milk and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients; mix well. Pour batter into a 9"x5" loaf pan that has been sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
