Canadian Bacon-Pineapple Sandwiches

   _ canned pineapple slices, well drained
   _ slices Canadian bacon
   _ English muffins, split
   _ tablespoons butter or margarine
   _ hard cooked eggs, peeled and sliced
   ___ cup shredded Monterey Jack-Colby cheese (2 ounces)


1. Cook pineapple slices and Canadian bacon in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 5 minutes, turning once, until thoroughly heated and lightly browned.

2. Meanwhile, toast English muffin halves; spread with butter. Place 4 halves on small ungreased cookie sheet. Place 1 pineapple slice and 1 Canadian bacon slice on each toasted muffin half. Top with egg slices and cheese.

3. Broil with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and sandwiches are thoroughly heated. Top with remaining muffin halves.
