Cook capellini al dente in boiling salted water. Drain and rinse with cold water. Sauté vegetables in melted butter. Do not overcook. Mix pasta with beaten eggs. Add vegetables, cheeses, and crab. Pour mixture into greased 9x13-inch pan. Cover with foil and bake in preheated 350° oven for 1/2 hour, or until frittata is golden.
