Hot Chicken Wings

Serves: 8

2 pounds frozen chicken drumsticks or wings thawed and drained
1 (1-pound) bag hot wing mix
1/2 cube butter, or squeeze butter


Place chicken pieces in a large plastic bag or ziplock. Add seasoning and shake. Place chicken on a rack in a 12-inch Dutch oven adding butter and a little water. Cover Dutch oven and bake for 50 minutes using about 8 briquets under the oven and 18 on the lid.
