Cheese Fondue With French Bread Cubes

Ingredients

2 cups Cheddar cheese, cubed
2 cups Colby cheese, cubed
3 to 4 tablespoons flour
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 loaf French bread, cubed

Directions:

In a large saucepan, simmer garlic, white wine, and Worcestershire sauce. Add cheese and flour gradually to wine mixture. Stir continuously until cheese melts. Use a fondue pot or other warming dish to keep the cheese nice and hot. Serve by dipping French bread cubes into the cheese mixture.

NOTE: Low fat cheese does not work will because the gooey texture is needed to make fondue work.
