Red Beet Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons beet juice
1 pinch caraway seeds
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
salt and pepper

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients until well blended. Serve chilled. Good with meat fondues.
