Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

2 cups baked sweet potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons rum
4 tablespoons butter, softened or melted
1 9-inch refrigerated pie crust

Directions:

Blend all ingredients and pour into pie crust. Bake on a rack in a covered Dutch oven 50-60 minutes.
