Whipped Honey Butter |

1/2 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ground (optional)

At least 10 minutes or up to 2 days before serving: In a small mixer bowl at medium speed, beat butter until fluffy. Gradually beat in honey and, if desired, cinnamon until light and fluffy. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate up to 2 days. Bring to room temperature before serving.
Serve with Corn Muffins Fluffy Cinnamon Pancakes Breakfast Scones muffins or biscuits.
