Wash tomatoes. Cut a slice off the top of the tomatoes about one inch down from the top. Scoop out the seeds. Place tomato shells upside down to drain and set aside. Peel and chop the cucumber into small pieces. Wash green onions and chop only the white parts of the onions into small pieces. Place onion and cucumber into medium bowl. Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, then fold into the cucumber mixture. Spoon into the tomato shells. Cover and refrigerate until you are ready to serve dinner. Place each tomato on a lettuce leaf which you have put on a salad plate.
