4 10-ounce cans tomato and chile cocktail juice
1/2 cup vodka (optional)
1/2 cup beef broth condensed
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 dashes black pepper
2 limes cut in wedges

About 2 hours before serving: Place serving glasses in refrigerator to chill.
Just before serving: Place half of the cocktail juice, vodka, beef broth, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a blender container. Cover and blend for 10 seconds or until frothy. Pour into glasses over ice. Repeat with remaining cocktail juice, vodka, beef broth, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Garnish with a wedge of lime.
