1 quart milk
1 pint whipped cream
1 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup mint-flavored apple jelly
Ground cinnamon (optional)

At least 10 minutes or up to 30 minutes before serving: In a 3-quart saucepan, combine milk, cream, chocolate syrup and jelly. Stirring constantly over medium heat, cook until jelly is melted and mixture is blended (do not boil). If making ahead, reduce heat to very low.
Just before serving: Beat with a wire whisk to create a foamy top. Pour into mugs. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon.
