Princess Salad

1/2 cup sesame seeds toasted
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise real
1/4 cup green bell pepper minced
2 tablespoons onions minced
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
10 ounces spinach fresh, rinsed and stemmed
1 bunch lettuce leaf


In a small bowl combine sesame seeds and cheese set aside.

In a small bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, green pepper, onion, sugar, vinegar, salt and garlic powder.

Tear spinach and lettuce into bite-size pieces and place in a large bowl. To serve, toss with dressing and 1/2 cup sesame seed mixture. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seed mixture.
