1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 cups whipped cream
4 teaspoons instant coffee
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

In a small mixer bowl, combine powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Stir in cream, coffee powder and vanilla. Chill for 30 minutes.
At medium speed, beat refrigerated chocolate mixture until stiff. Spoon into dessert dishes. Chocolate Meringue Shells or cream puffs.
