This is the best Mocha Cream recipe on the web!!_ 1/2 cups powdered sugar ___ cup unsweetened cocoa _ 1/2 cups whipped cream _ teaspoons instant coffee 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract In a small mixer bowl, combine powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
