Green Beans With Sesame Seed Sauce

Ingredients

Have Ready:
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 (16-ounce) package frozen green bean
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
You'll Need:
small skillet
measuring spoons
wooden spoon
electric blender
small mixing bowl
medium saucepan with lid
colander
mixing spoon

Directions:

Place the sesame seed in a small skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until the seed is brown. Remove from heat. Crush the seed in a blender. In a small bowl combine crushed seed with soy sauce and sugar. Cook beans in the saucepan as directed on the package. Pour into the colander and drain well. Return the beans to the saucepan. Add butter or margarine to the cooked hot beans and stir until melted. Add the prepared sesame seed mixture. Stir until the beans are evenly coated with the sauce. Serve hot.
