6 eggs hard-cooked
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
3 drops hot pepper sauce Tabasco
3 dashes black pepper
In medium saucepan melt butter (or margarine); stir in flour. Add milk; cook and stir over medium heat until thick. Season with salt, paprika, Tabasco sauce, and pepper to taste. Add sliced hard-cooked eggs; heat through. Serve over toast or cooked rice.
