2 tablespoons bread crumbs
4 cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 dashes black pepper
Grease four custard or muffin cups. Put 1/2 tablespoon bread crumbs on bottom of each cup, then top with cheese slice. Break one egg into each cup; sprinkle eggs with shredded cheese; salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 12 to 18 minutes. Serve immediately.
