Crab Meat Salad

1 1/2 cups egg noodles very fine (2 oz.)
1 (6-ounce) package frozen crab meat king crab meat
1/3 cup celery thinly sliced
1/4 cup olives slivered
1/4 cup mayonnaise real
1 tablespoon green onion minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
lettuce Bibb or Boston
parsley Chopped fresh


Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold running water. Drain noodles thoroughly.

In a medium bowl toss noodles with crab meat, celery, olives, mayonnaise, green onion, salt and pepper. Cover and chill for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve on a bed of lettuce garnish with parsley.
