1 lettuce medium head Bibb or leaf
2 tomatoes medium
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon green onions chopped
1 teaspoon dijon style mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Salt
8 slices bacon cooked, drained and crumbled

* (Note: Recipe in Salads For all Seasons is the same except itcalls for "3 tablespoons milk" instead of 2 tablespoons and "1 to 2 tablespoons chopped green onion" instead of 1 tablespoon.) Arrange large leaves of lettuce on four individual salad plates. Tear remaining lettuce into bite-size pieces and place on each plate. Peel tomatoes of desired, slice and arrange tomato slices on lettuce.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, green onion, mustard, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
To serve, spoon dressing over salad and garnish with bacon.
