___ cup whipped cream
___ cup mayonnaise
___ teaspoon dijon style mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
_ cup pasta shells (4 oz.), cooked, drained, and cooled
_ cup peas frozen, cooked and drained
___ cup sharp cheddar cheese finely diced
___ cup sweet pickles sliced
___ cup onions chopped
_ tablespoons green bell peppers chopped
_ tablespoon pimiento minced
Place cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Whisk until blended. Gently stir in macaroni, peas, cheese, pickles, onion, green pepper, and pimiento until well coated. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
If desired, sprinkle with paprika before serving.
