Quicky Chili

1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 tablespoon minced, garlic
1/2 small can (2 - 3 tablespoons) chili powder
1 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can stewed tomato
1/2 (46-ounce) can tomato juice
3 (15-ounce) cans kidney beans


Brown beef, onion, garlic, and chili powder. Add cumin, tomatoes, and tomato juice. Add kidney beans and simmer 30 minutes.
