Fig Cake

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup cooking oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups mashed figs
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and place in greased 11x15-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25–30 minutes.
