Oriental Salad

Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 to 2 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 (3-ounce) package chicken ramen noodle with seasoning packet, divided
1 head lettuce, torn
1 head Romaine lettuce, torn
1/2 cup , slivered almonds

Directions:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine olive oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and ramen noodle seasoning packet together until sugar is dissolved. Break ramen noodles into small pieces. In a large serving bowl, combine ramen noodles, lettuce and almonds. Toss olive oil mixture with lettuce mixture to coat let stand for 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
