3 large yams
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup red onions, chopped
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
Garlic salt to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1. Cut potatoes into circles, chop onions, and slice mushrooms.
2. Put potatoes, chopped onions, and sliced mushrooms into frying pan with olive oil.
3. Add garlic salt, salt, and pepper (to taste) mixing occasionally.
4. Fry until potatoes and onions are soft.
