1. Wash and peel potatoes and slice into ¼ inch slices.
2. Place potatoes onto a sheet of tin foil.
3. Season potatoes with salt, pepper, and season salt. Top with butter.
4. Wrap up the potatoes tightly, making sure to pinch the sides. This will prevent leakage.
5. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
6. When opening tin foil, be cautious of steam. Serve.
