Quick Chicken & Pasta

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (16-ounce) bag seasoned pasta and frozen mixed vegetables combination


In a 10” Dutch oven, heat 1 Tbs. oil. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove the chicken and cut into bite sized pieces, return back to Dutch oven.

Add soup, ½ c. water and bag of vegetables and pasta mix. Cover, and cook5 to 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, stirring often.
