Turkey Taco Salad

Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey
3/4 cup water
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 can (11 ounces) whole kernal corn, drained
6 cups corn tortilla chips (about 3 ounces)
4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
1 tomato, chopped (1/4 cup)
1 cup salsa

Directions:

1. Cook turkey, water, chili powder, salt, cumin, onion and garlic in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes, stirring frequently, until turkey is no longer pink and liquid is absorbed. Stir in corn. Cover and keep warm over low heat.
2. Arrange tortilla chips on large serving plate. Top with lettuce, tomato, turkey mixture and salsa.
