Chicken Cordon Blue Chowder

Ingredients

2 (19-ounce) cans creamy potato and garlic soup, soup mixes
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
1 cup diced fully cooked ham
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 ounces)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Directions:

Heat soup, chicken and ham in 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat
5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Slowly stir in cheese. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted. Served topped with chives.
