Old White Church Apple Crisp

Ingredients

3/4 cup Quaker oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4-6 large Cortland or Macintosh apples (or one half of each kind)

Directions:

Prepare apples as for pie; slice thin.

Combine other ingredients. Sprinkle over apples. Bake 35–40 minutes at 350°. Serve with cream.
