Rhubarb Cake Quicky


Serves: 5

Ingredients

1 box yellow or vanilla cake mix
3 cups rhubarb, thinly sliced
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1 cup sugar
1 pint whipping cream, NOT whipped

Directions:

Mix cake as directed and pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch pan. Sprinkle rhubarb and nuts over cake batter. Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb and nuts. Pour unwhipped cream over top. Bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes.
