Throw-It-In-The-Pot Gumbo Soup

1 (16-ounce) package frozen gumbo mix
1 (12-ounce) package frozen seasoning blend
1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
4 cups chicken broth
1 (1-pound) package frozen claw crab meat


Combine all ingredients except crabmeat in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, add crabmeat, and simmer 15–20 minutes. Serve over rice.

Editor’s Extra: Frozen gumbo mix consists of chopped okra, celery, onions, and red bell peppers. Frozen seasoning blend is chopped onion, celery, red and green bell peppers, and parsley, and no freezer should be without it!
