Chicken Chili Quick


Serves: 5
Total Calories: 260

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, broiled or gilled, chopped
1 package white chili seasoning (or regular chili)
1 (10 1/2-ounce) can diced Ro-Tel tomato, undrained
2 (16-ounce) cans white beans, undrained
1 1/2 cups water

Directions:

Mix all of the above in a large stockpot, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer about an hour.
